Our refund and returns policy is only valid for 28 days, which is effective from the date of purchase. Items purchased more than 30 days are NOT eligible for return refund. Besides, all shipping cost of returned products should be paid by customer.
- Purchased item must be returned within 14 days since the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for FULL refund, the purchased item must not be unboxed by customer. Once the sealed sticker and packaging wrap are broken, we consider customer has unboxed the purchased items, the return policy is void.
- If the received item is verified as wrong item delivery, customer is eligible for full refund.
- If the returned item is verified as factory defective, but there is no stock available at that claim period. Customer is eligible for FULL refund also.
- Purchased item must be returned before 29th day since the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for partial refund, the purchased item must not be unboxed by customer. Once the sealed sticker and packaging wrap are broken, we consider customer has unboxed the purchased items, the return policy is void.

- In order to apply return of refund, we require customer to return his/her own copy of official sales receipt.
- Customer should not send the purchased item back to the manufacturer.
Periods of Returning Refund
- Once the returned item is received, we will inspect and verify it as soon as possible. And, customer will be officially notified by us through email about the result of approval of return refund.
- If the refund application has been approved, the amount of refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain period of days.
Late or unreceiving of refund
If customer does NOT receive the refund within the official stated working periods, customer may need to confirm with his/her bank or credit card company. Sometimes, It may take times before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If customer has done all of the above-mentioned procedures, he/she has NOT receive the refund yet, he/she may contact us through email.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items that are confirmed as “manufacture defect” or “transportation damage”. Same product with varies (such as colours, shapes, etc) are not allowed to exchange after purchase.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to customer, customer will receive a gift credit for the value of his/her return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to customer.
If the item is NOT marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to customer later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about customer’s return.

Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If customer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from his refund.
The shipping time may vary from places to places. It depends on the logistic agents to reach the sending location.
We always encourage customer to employ quality and high reputation shipping service, even purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will definitely receive the returned item.
